Order Processing:

All orders are processed within a Number business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

Local Pickup (Cash Payment): For customers selecting "Cash Payment" at checkout, your order will be available for local pickup. Please refer to our "Connect Manual Payments" instructions for details on arranging your pickup. There are no shipping costs associated with local pickup.
Damaged or Lost Packages:

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. If your order was lost in transit, please contact us after 4 days from the shipping date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Refund & Return Policy - ALL SALES ARE FINAL (No Refunds per California State Law):
Please read carefully: Due to the nature of our products/services, and in strict compliance with California state law, all sales are considered "AS IS" & are absolutely FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, under any circumstances.
